Privacy Policy

The short version: SyncHarbor does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. There is no SyncHarbor account, no analytics, and no tracking. Your files and your Autodesk credentials stay on your Mac.
This Privacy Policy explains how SyncHarbor ("the app"), provided by Code Nexus LLC ("we," "us"), handles information. By using SyncHarbor you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
None. SyncHarbor has no backend server and no user accounts of its own. We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location, or contact information. On the App Store, SyncHarbor is declared as Data Not Collected.
Signing in to Autodesk
To sync your files, you sign in to your own Autodesk account. Authentication happens directly between the app on your Mac and Autodesk's servers using Autodesk's secure sign-in (OAuth 2.0). We never see, receive, or store your Autodesk password. The access tokens returned by Autodesk are stored only on your Mac, in the macOS Keychain, and are used solely to download your files.
Your files
SyncHarbor downloads your Autodesk Fusion Team / A360 files directly from Autodesk to a local folder you choose on your Mac. This transfer is one-way (cloud → local) and read-only — the app never uploads, modifies, or deletes anything in your Autodesk account. Your files are never sent to us or to any third party. They remain on your device under your control.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details or billing information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Third parties
SyncHarbor interacts with two third parties, only as needed to do its job:
- Autodesk — the service you connect to and download your own files from. Your use of Autodesk is governed by Autodesk's terms and privacy policy.
- Apple — distributes the app and processes subscriptions.
We do not integrate any advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Data security
Because your data stays on your device, its security is primarily protected by macOS. Authentication tokens are held in the macOS Keychain. Network connections to Autodesk and Apple use encrypted HTTPS/TLS.
Children
SyncHarbor is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
